Story
At ElevateEd Enrichment, we believe that every child has limitless potential, and our mission is to unlock that potential through exciting and interactive virtual enrichment programs. Our courses are crafted to inspire creativity, spark curiosity, and develop essential skills for the future. From STEM challenges and art classes to creative writing and mindfulness, we provide a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment where our students can explore new interests, build confidence, and grow in both knowledge and character. Our program also offers virtual tutoring services for students of all ages. All of our instructors are NYS certified teachers with extensive experience in teaching. Whether you're wanting to support your student prepare for final exams for courses or Regents exams or you're looking to help your child grow their skills over the course of the school year or the summer, we can help!
ElevatEd Enrichment is owned by a longtime educator and parent of two school-aged children. Owner, Melanie Lofaro, EdD, has worked in many roles in eduction and believes in the importance of providing well-rounded learning experiences that support children in reaching their potential. The idea was born in 2023 when she looked into nurturing an artistic interest in her daughter. Her daughter is also a competitive gymnast who spends many hours in the gym training each week. Finding an in-person art class that fit into their busy schedules was an impossible task. Melanie wondered, "What if there was an opportunity for children to learn a new skill or experience an enrichment program after school from the comfort of their home?" A virtual enrichment center like this would eliminate some of the boundaries preventing parents from enrolling their children in extracurricular activities. There's no driving involved; students simply just log on to their virtual class and get started! Our virtual enrichment school is unique from other schools because we supply the materials! Registered students receive a special package in the mail in advance of their course beginning with the supplies they need to be successful.
Our experienced instructors bring their expertise and passion to every class, fostering a supportive community where children can collaborate, experiment, and express themselves freely. We understand that each child learns in their own unique way, which is why our programs are designed to be flexible, hands-on, and interactive, using the latest digital tools and platforms to create an enriching online experience.
